Refund Policy

Cancel at least 72 hours before your initial selected/reserved visit time for a 100% refund. If we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome in time, you are also eligible for a 100% refund. Cathedral entry itself is free.

Notre-Dame Companion is an independent reservation-assistance and digital companion service operated by FON Group, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Notre-Dame de Paris, the Diocese of Paris, or the official reservation portal. Cathedral entry is free, and official reservations are free and subject to availability. Your payment covers our assistance service and digital companion content, not cathedral entry.

Cancel at least 72 hours before your initial selected/reserved visit time for a 100% refund. If we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome in time, you are also eligible for a 100% refund. Cathedral entry itself is free.

Customer cancellation. You receive a 100% refund if you request cancellation at least 72 hours before the initial selected/reserved visit time. "Initial selected/reserved visit time" means the original preferred visit time submitted at checkout, or the first official reservation time delivered if one has already been secured.

If a refund is granted, digital companion access may be disabled.

Reservation-assistance failure. You receive a 100% refund if we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome in time. By default, if the reservation is not secured at least 2 hours before the visit time, you are eligible for a full refund. This operational threshold is configurable by super admin or config.

No refund after the 72-hour customer cancellation window except if we cannot provide the promised reservation-assistance outcome, duplicate/error payment, support discretion, or where required by law.

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
